![]() One day in June I was mowing with it, and kept stopping it to empty the bagger. ![]() It seemed to start a bit easier after that. I replaced the spark plug, cleaned the air filter, and put an extra concentrated amount SeaFoam into a full tank of gas. It often will take 15 - 20 pulls or more to start. Eventually, it would get enough fuel into the carb (no primer on this carb) to stay running. It made me think of the Little Engine that Could. I'd pull the rope and it would turn over just fine, but couldn't seem to build up enough momentum to keep running. It was always hard to start when I got it. More recently, I bought the chute plug for it, and replaced the height adjuster on one of the rear wheels because it was hogged out and the rear axle would tumble along like a drunken sailor. It had the side discharge mounted on it, but also came with the bagger and bagger chute. ![]() The 3 pics I attached are of this particular mower. It is a P21507B that looks to be from late 1990 (based upon the engine date code). I figured I might as well start a thread on my Snapper push mower project that seems to have turned into two projects (see this and the following post).Īs a bit of back story, I had picked up this mower as a freebie from down the street about a year ago.
